Executives, Managers and organisational Leaders (Aged 18 and over) of Watford can take part by following a four part process. Click on image for details of the step.

1. Join/Create Team
Use the Contact page. Request creating a new executive or managerial team. On being invited to join a team, Register.
2. Login to App
If you have an Android phone install and start the The Big Selfie app. Alternatively logon to your team page on the Big Selfie website.
3. Create Selfie
Complete the 30 question survey about how you are meeting your needs and get your Selfie image and guidance created.
4. Work with Team
Your personal Mental Selfie will be combined with selfies of others to create a team Big Selfie image, guidance and activity.
5. Optional Movie
Take a daily selfie for 7 days to create a selfie filmstrip. Create a movie from it and play it to see your mind's changing patterns.
