How do Staff in my Business take part?

Staff of Businesses, organisations, charities and registered community interest groups in Watford can take part by following a four part process. Click on image for details of the step.

1. Enroll Business
Use the Contact page. Request to enroll your business and its staff. On being invited to join your business's group, Register.
2. Login to App
If you have an Android phone install & start the The Big Selfie app. Alternatively logon to your Business's page on the Big Selfie website.
3. Create Staff Selfies
Staff complete the 30 question survey about how they are meeting their needs. Each gets a Selfie image, guidance and activities.
4. Business Selfie
Staff personal Mental Selfies will be combined to create a Business Big Selfie image, strategic guidance and activity.
5. Optional Movie
If Staff take selfies for 7 days a selfie filmstrip can be created, and a movie from that. Play it & respond to shifting business patterns.
